Large AC & DC COILS For Motors & Generators
High voltage and low voltage coils for electrical motors and generators upto 15000 volts. Our quality management team regularly controls the coil manufacturing process.

We can manufacture coils to any size, requirement, and specification, from high conductivity annealed copper, insulated to one of our many insulations to comply with the interturn electrical stresses, and which will normally fall into one of the following voltages and designs.

5,000 volts upwards, 50/60Hz Insulation Class F/H, manufactured from mica paper laminates. Coils within this range are produced with hard fully cured cells, and we make soft coils for customers with Vacuum Pressure Impregnation facilities. All coils within this voltage range will be made with the appropriate corona protection as an integral part of the coil.
